Shipping Live Ants - Australia

We have shipped many ants all around the world so you can be sure your queen is in the best of hands. We ensure all of our ants are very well packaged so they arrive at your door in the very best condition!

We only send live ants via express delivery and they will require a signature to make sure they are not left anywhere where their welfare would be compromised.

You will be provided with your tracking number after sending so you will know when to expect your queen and make suitable arrangements for her collection.

Domestic orders will only be shipped Mondays or Tuesdays when the temperature does in exceed 32 degrees.

Shipping Live Ants - International

Our beautiful Australian ants are available for shipping all over the world! We are one of the only companies in Australia with full export permits to legally export our unique ant species!

We only use Express International postage which will usually see your queen arrive within 5 days, depending on location and customs.

International orders are only sent on Mondays or Tuesdays when the temperature does not exceed 32 degrees.

You will be provided with tracking information after your order is sent. Your package will require a signature to ensure your ants are not left in a position that will compromise their welfare.

You as the customer need to be aware of your countries laws and restrictions. If however, your package is refused entry by Customs and is returned to us alive, we will refund your money, minus shipping costs.

Some orders may be subject to Customs taxes or duty. It is your responsibility to be aware of your countries laws and restrictions.

NOTE: No shipping to USA

Live Arrival Guarantee

We provide a live arrival guarantee for all of our queen ants providing the below conditions are met:

- Adequate proof is provided within 12 hours that our queen was not alive at time of arrival

-Ants must be collected from any postal service within 12 hours of any attempted delivery

-Worker ants, eggs, larvae and cocoons are not covered by any guarantee

- If parcels are held in Customs in the purchasers country for more than 24 hours the guarantee is void.

If the above conditions are met, a refund will be provided, minus shipping costs.

Shipping Products

Product orders will be shipped via Australia Post and you will be provided shipping options at Checkout. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days, unless combined with live ants, where they will be shipped on the next suitable Monday or Tuesday.
